The world is flat

I believe that globalization is one of the most influential aspects of modern business. The amount of information sharing that was discussed in class was mind numbing. With so many countries ahead of the United States when it comes to accepting outside technology and influences, it leads one to question it's true authority. The flatter the market becomes, and the quicker it becomes flat, the United States must push for new niche markets, and leave behind those countries that surpass us. If we stay focused on what industries are dying, instead of looking for new markets that are untapped, American financial foundation will be demolished.
We need to focus on what Americans are best at, innovation and a culture that reinforces corporations and their freedom.
